Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out rules for using Quick to Web services. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Breach may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
2. General prohibitions
You must not use our service to:
- Break the law in any applicable jurisdiction
- Infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Transmit or publish malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any connected system
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers or networks
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from our service or delivered sites
- Resell, sublicense, white-label or commercialise the service without written agreement
- Use the service to compete directly with us
- Bypass rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
3. Prohibited content
You must not use any site delivered by us to publish, promote, store or transmit:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
- Content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory material
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or criminal activity
- Weapons, firearms, illegal drugs, or restricted substances
- Gambling, betting, lotteries or any form of unlicensed wagering
- Counterfeit goods, pirated content, or copyright infringement
- Regulated medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate licensing
- Spam, phishing, scams, or deceptive marketing
- False or misleading health, medical or efficacy claims
- Content prohibited by UK, EU or US law, or the law of any jurisdiction in which your site is accessed
4. Communications
When sending emails, SMS, or DMs via any integration we provide or support, you must:
- Comply with all applicable laws including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), GDPR, CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada) and any equivalent local laws
- Only contact recipients who have given appropriate consent or with whom you have a legitimate business relationship
- Include a working unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing message
- Honour unsubscribe requests within 10 working days
- Not send unsolicited bulk communications
5. Reporting
If you believe another user is violating this policy, email support@quicktoweb.com.
6. Consequences of breach
We may, without notice, and at our sole discretion:
- Remove offending content
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Pursue any legal remedy available to us
- Retain fees already paid (no refund)
- Cooperate with law enforcement
